What we do
Services
Every job below is carried out in-house in Sharjah Industrial Area 4, on EV-specific equipment. If you are not sure what your car needs, book a diagnostic and we will tell you before any work starts.

General Maintenance
Routine servicing that keeps the drivetrain and running gear at factory condition.
- Oil change
- Drained and refilled to specification, with the old oil checked for metal debris — an early warning of drive-unit wear.
- Oil filter replacement
- Renewed alongside the oil, so contaminants caught last service are not pushed back through the system.
- Oil leak repair
- We trace the leak to its source, replace the failed seal or gasket, then re-check under pressure before you collect the car.
- Motor mount replacement
- Worn mounts let the drive unit shift under torque. New mounts remove the vibration and the clunk on acceleration.
- General servicing
- A full inspection with a written report — fluids, filters, wear items and stored fault codes. Nothing is replaced without a reason.
- Major & minor service
- Two levels. Minor covers routine wear items; major adds fluids, brake service and a complete diagnostic pass.

Brake & Suspension
Stopping power, steering feel and ride height, measured and corrected.
- Brake pad replacement
- Regenerative braking means EV pads often glaze and corrode before they wear thin. We measure thickness and surface condition, not just depth.
- Brake fluid
- Fluid absorbs moisture and loses its boiling point. We test water content and flush when it actually fails, rather than to a calendar.
- Control arm replacement
- Worn bushings give vague steering and uneven tyre wear. Replaced in pairs, with the alignment reset afterwards.
- Suspension repair
- Dampers, springs, air struts and bushings. We road-test first, so the repair matches the fault you can actually hear.
- Steering repair
- Rack, column and power-steering faults, including the electronic assist units EV platforms depend on.
and more

AC & Cooling
Climate and thermal management diagnosed, recharged and returned to spec — the systems that work hardest in this climate.
- AC diagnosis
- Pressure and temperature measured across the loop to identify the actual fault before any part is ordered.
- AC gas refill
- Evacuated, held under vacuum to prove it is leak-free, then recharged to the exact weight the manufacturer specifies.
- Compressor replacement
- Electric AC compressors are high-voltage components. Replaced with the pack isolated and the system re-commissioned properly.
- Radiator cleaning
- Fine dust blocks radiator fins and drives coolant temperatures up. Cleaned through and flow-checked.
- Coolant flush
- Old coolant loses its corrosion inhibitors. Replaced with the correct specification for the battery and drive-unit loops.
- Cabin filter replacement
- Needed far more often here than in cooler climates — dust loads the filter quickly and chokes airflow long before it looks dirty.
- Condenser repair
- Stone damage and corrosion are the usual causes. Repaired or replaced, then leak-tested under pressure.
- Temperature testing
- Vent temperatures measured at idle and on the move, so a weakening system is caught before the summer, not during it.
and more

Battery & Charging
High-voltage pack health and charging faults, handled with dealer-level equipment.
- HV battery diagnostics
- Cell-level voltage and temperature read across the pack, so a weak module is located instead of the whole battery being condemned.
- LV battery replacement
- The 12V battery is what wakes the car. Most cars that will not start are this, not the main pack.
- HV battery replacement
- Module or full-pack replacement, carried out under isolation with correct handling and disposal of the old cells.
- Tesla diagnostics
- Manufacturer-level fault reading across the vehicle's modules — not a generic OBD scan that only sees engine codes.
- Voltage testing
- Pack, module and cell voltages logged and compared, so imbalance shows up as data rather than a hunch.
- Battery health scans
- Usable capacity against original, plus the rate of degradation. Worth doing before you buy or sell a used EV.
- Charging issues
- Onboard charger, charge port and cable faults, tested on both AC and DC so the problem is reproduced before it is repaired.
